I would like to support the Establishment of the MIWON PEACE PRIZE and submit this application to participate in Person or by Zoom meeting as Charter Member at the Charter Members Inaugural Assembly, Adoption of Charter, and the Election of the Executive Committee Members to be held on November 12, 2022, in Irvine, California, USA.
I also would like to commit to serve as a Member of the MISOWN PEACE PRIZE COMMITTEE for a term of two years (Renewable) to participate in the Selection Process of the MISOWN PEACE PRIZE Winner and in the Planning Process of the Awards Ceremony as well as to Perform Other Related Tasks.
In addition, I would like to pledge to donate the following amount for the Founding Fund of the MIWON PEACE PRIZE and I understand all my donations will be recorded in the Charter Member List and a Tax-Deductible Certificate is issued according to the US IRS 501(C)(3) Regulation or Korea Tax Authority Rules.
